I’m Fernando Saturno, I’ve been empowering adults 50+ to rebuild strength, energy and focus through a holistic mind-body approach and prove that age is no limit!  With over 30 years of training experience, I guide people to feel vibrant, capable and unstoppable at any stage of life! 

I am a Certified 50+ Wellness Coach, over 40 years boxing experience and 15 years as a Mental Wellness Therapist. 

My mission is to help adults 50+ improve and reclaim their physical and mental lives.  

I believe age isn’t a limit – it’s an opportunity!

Reset

Reset (Days 1-22): Begin with a basic health check to understand your starting point. You’ll get a nutrition plan with simple guidelines and a shopping list, plus fitness activities to rebuild strength safely. Include mental wellness practices to ease your mind. Goal: Lay a strong foundation for change.

Rise

Rise (Days 23-44): Build momentum with fitness routines tailored for mobility and power, adjust your nutrition for better energy, and add mental wellness techniques for focus. Goal: Boost confidence and progress.
